I had such a lovely experience with Ruby and couldn’t recommend her enough. From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s such a kind and caring person and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants her clients to feel looked after. Before starting my facial, Ruby took the time to talk to me and ask me about my skin and what areas I was most concerned about, which I really appreciated because it made the whole treatment feel so personal and tailored to me. I recently had a dermabrasion facial with Nicole and I can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing — the gentle exfoliation felt soothing, and the environment made it easy to unwind completely.
