Dan made me feel very welcome and comfortable, I felt like I'd known her forever. The atmosphere in the room was calming, relaxing,lovely and warm. Throughout the treatment Dan was telling me what the next steps were. The treatment was fabulous I even dozed off I felt that relaxed. At the end I was given water and asked to choose a stone and card. And with it being Internation womens day I was given a little bags of chocolate.

Came to Danielle for a back, shoulder and neck massage with dry cupping and reiki to top it off. What can I say, such thorough and intuitive practitioner, walked me through the steps and left feeling much more aligned and my shoulders back and legs feel so much more mobile, I will definitely be booking in again to tackle my shoulder and have blissful reiki session, can only recommend!

Another excellent session with Alex tailored to my specific injuries and needs. We used a range of techniques, kit and massage and I have exercises to build on the treatment. I’ll also be attending trigger point pilates at academy HQ in the future!
