Wow ! This beautiful woman has the most magical healing hands Rachel seemed to know exactly what I needed as part of my massage treatment . I have had the most amazing experience . I felt safe, respected and relaxed and I can’t wait to come back. This is the most relaxed I’ve been for a very very long time . I hope to see Rachel again soon xx

I’ve had several treatments at Gaia Wellness over the past year and have always had a fantastic experience. The team are friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. A special mention to Rachael, who always takes the time to listen to what I need and adapts each treatment accordingly. Her personalised approach makes every session feel tailored to me. What I particularly love is that Gaia is a local independent business where you get consistent, personal service, unlike larger spas where you often see a different therapist every visit. Highly recommended.

Really happy with my treatments. I had three massage sessions back-to-back with Lydia and they were exactly what I needed - both relaxing and invigorating, and they left me feeling great. I also had a haircut with Sue, and I was more than happy with that too - plus I learned so much about hair, the local area, and a stack of other things! I can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning next time I am in the area.

Booked the semi permanent lip line and blush as a gift for my mum. They look absolutely fantastic, such a natural and subtle improvement which was as requested. Communication is brilliant. She was very well looked after and advised appropriately. Thank you so much, she will be back!

I am honestly so glad that my sister recommended Rachel for lymphatic massage. She is truly amazing at what she does and such a lovely person. I feel like I have known her for years and talk to her about anything and everything. I am 7 months post partum and have had two c sections within 2 years. Rachel does some body contouring for me and lymphatic massage. I have noticed such a difference with the treatments I have done and I’m really happy with the results so far. Thank you Rachel keep being the amazing woman you are xx ❤️❤️
