Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had a full leg wax and eyebrow wax, and I’m so happy with the results! The process was quick, professional, and so comfortable. My legs feel super smooth, and my skin looks great, no irritation at all. Neesh is so friendly and professional. I’ve been going to Izabella for years now and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my makeup. She absolutely smashes it every single time 😭✨ She just gets exactly what I want without me even needing to explain properly. My makeup always lasts all day/night and I leave feeling my absolute best. She’s also so lovely which makes the whole experience even better. Couldn’t recommend Izabella enough 💖

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞

Really good experience at angels. I have been looking for somewhere that does full body wax without it costing the earth and I've found it. Very reasonable pricing and high standards of service. I met 3 members of staff and they were all lovely. I even added on some threading which was a first for me. Very happy with the results. Thank you.

Excellent service from nikki she went above & beyond my son's severe eczema really improved after first appt of light therapy not just his physical appearance but the pain too & also went out of her way to source some serum to further improve his condition & offer additional things he could do to help it.

Huge thank you to Kara for doing my hair for an awards night! 💖 I turned up feeling really stressed and anxious, but Kara was so lovely and patient, and the whole salon was just gorgeous. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I actually managed to relax and enjoy it instead of worrying! Absolutely loved my hair and left feeling a million times better than when I arrived. Haven't been to a wax in about a decade and never in England before, I was super nervous. Shaf is so kind and approachable, made me leave my guard down and anxiety at the door :) I didn't have time to be anxious because the wax was over in a blink, didn't feel much either. I'm normally very self conscious over my appearance, my extra weight, my blemished skin, I didn't need to be, she was very professional. And it's the first time I get great smooth skin without a major breakout after as I am prone to ingrown hairs. This is amazing, I'm booking again! Thank you Shafaq! 🌟

Excellent service, very friendly and professional. The place is very clean and hygenic. I was impressed with the fact that she was using gloves and all her tools were sanitized. I am sure that I will be coming back for more services. Good job and keep it up. Also very convenient as they have a free parking space outside and very accommodating. Had a nice experience.
