I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Nicole is absolutely amazing. She does a great job every time. Additionally, the atmosphere is gorgeous and the coffee is delicious. Thankful my cousin in Hamilton introduced me to their new location.

Huge shout to Navi who is an esthetician at Lux. She is wonderful and definitely knows her craft. Had the most incredible facial. Also she did laser for me and some waxing. Navi makes you feel super relaxed and comfortable during treatment. Highly recommend Lux as your go to all things face and body care treatments. Thank you for your high level of service.
