Absolutely fantastic experience. Lovely warm and welcoming place, with some parking outside which is always great for me as I have a disability. Even managed to fit in a patch test ready for when I return for an LVL next time! Staff were absolutely wonderful and made me feel at ease. Very happy with my treatment (wax) also - you definitely have a returning customer in me! 🫶🏼 xx

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! My hair turned out perfect! Also my first time having a Hollywood wax and I very quickly became comfortable and didn’t hurt as much as I expected! Fab massage, felt really comfortable and at ease with Martyna. I now feel like she’s released a lot of tension from my back in particular! Thank you. The room was warm and she’d prepared for that with a fan. The room could use a scented candle or a fragrance of some kind just to add to the sensory experience. I’ve already booked my next visit.
