Absolutely fantastic experience. Lovely warm and welcoming place, with some parking outside which is always great for me as I have a disability. Even managed to fit in a patch test ready for when I return for an LVL next time! Staff were absolutely wonderful and made me feel at ease. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! My hair turned out perfect! Also my first time having a Hollywood wax and I very quickly became comfortable and didn’t hurt as much as I expected! Beautifully relaxing, I had a back and a scalp massage. The whole experience was warm and cocooning and the pressure was spot on. I feel so relaxed now!

Absolutely brilliant. I was dreading intimate waxing for the first time but Laura was great, very professional and she made me feel at ease. Quite a painless procedure, hygiene was great, the process was very dignified and fast and efficient. The beauty couch was really comfortable, the beauty room was lovely and smelt of lavender , music chatting and laughter made me feel relaxed.
