Had my first Hollywood wax today and was absolutely petrified, but I was instantly put at ease. Everything was explained step by step, so I never once felt unsure or uncomfortable. I booked a Korean lash lift with Emma and I am absolutely blown away by the results... My lashes look incredibly long, lifted, and perfectly fanned out. They have never looked better! Emma is Super professional, friendly, and runs a beautifully clean, relaxing space. I will definitely be back ❤️

Booked through a recommendation of a friend. Friendly and welcoming, non judgemental. Had an eyelash tint and this was the first time a beauty therapist hasn’t got the tint in my eye! Thankyou! Eye brow wax shape was perfect and the tint spot on. Definitely will be rebooking.

After a previous bad hollywood wax experience elsewhere, I was quite anxious, but Amelia’s service was amazing. She was so friendly and reassuring, explained everything, and made me feel completely comfortable. The wax itself was done really well and less uncomfortable than I expected. Such a positive experience — I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Laura is absolutely lovely and so thorough with my waxes. Even if the wax doesn’t pick up a few hairs, she will go back with tweezers and get them for me. Every appointment I have with her is one that I sincerely look forward to!
