Ibitissam is AMAZINGGGGGG love her! Also the owner/boss Wendy is so lovely, warm and welcoming. I always look forward to coming here because of these girls!! 100% would recommend and will be a repeat customer! For context, I got half legs, half arms & underarms waxed. Amazing service, always super gentle but also very quick!

I had a fantastic experience with my facial appointment with Holly. She was warm, attentive, and really took the time to assess my skin and tailor the treatment. The results were incredible—my pores are visibly clearer, my skin tone is more even, and I left feeling refreshed and glowing. First appointment at bloom for a waxing treatment that can be quite daunting when going somewhere new. I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door and was made to feel comfortable and at ease straight away by the lady doing my wax (apologies I forgot to catch your name!) my treatment was enjoyable (well as much as a waxing appointment can be!) and everything was fully explained and made sure I was happy with everything. Fully recommend and I’ve already booked my next appointment in advance. Thank you, you definitely have a new regular customer in me!

Warm and cosy atmosphere ,lovely decoration,all the staff are fantastic great bunch of ladies,tea and coffee offered ,they look after you from walking in too leaving and the best head washes ever I would pay for that alone.☺️
