Ibitissam is AMAZINGGGGGG love her! Also the owner/boss Wendy is so lovely, warm and welcoming. I always look forward to coming here because of these girls!! 100% would recommend and will be a repeat customer! For context, I got half legs, half arms & underarms waxed. Amazing service, always super gentle but also very quick!

First appointment at bloom for a waxing treatment that can be quite daunting when going somewhere new. I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door and was made to feel comfortable and at ease straight away by the lady doing my wax (apologies I forgot to catch your name!) my treatment was enjoyable (well as much as a waxing appointment can be!) and everything was fully explained and made sure I was happy with everything.
