My experience was good. The salon was clean and there were a lot of shellac colour options. The reason I deducted a star was because it wasn’t clear before the appointment that they charge $10 for shellac removal if done at a different salon. Also, the manicure area setup wasn’t comfortable, the chair was too low and extending my arms out while leaning forward made my neck hurt by the end of the appointment… I voiced this to the technician but she just smiled and didn’t offer any modifications. Overall, it was an okay experience, expected a bit more based on the reviews and price.

Mani took all that stress away - she was so welcoming and calming and did an incredible job with my brows. I normally get my brows waxed instead of threading because I find it too painful but Mani was sooo gentle I barely even felt it. Happy to say I have found a brow gal I can trust in Toronto! 💛

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

I've been going to Fabiola Gallo to have my eyelashes and eyebrows done on a regular basis. I was honestly skeptical doing a Brazilian wax outside my home country, so I asked for a black lady to work on me to relive some anxiety😅 But Mani said she was alone and I cautiously proceeded with the appointment. But oh it really went so well, not as painful as my first waxing experience, this being my second time to wax ever. Took a short time and was done. Thankful I did this💪🏽, probably considering dropping the shavers now! Many thanks Mani for the good service and being so friendly and relatable👏 I really recommend this place for y’all!!
