I tried sugaring wax! I heard it’s less painful than regular waxing, so I gave it a shot. And honestly, it does feel gentler than hard wax. The warm sugar paste removes hair in a way that’s less irritating to the skin. Right after the session, my skin was a little red, but it calmed down within a few hours—and now it feels super smooth! Plus, it lasts about 3–4 weeks, so it’s really low-maintenance. It also makes periods way more comfortable—no stickiness, no odor, just so much better. My experience was good. The salon was clean and there were a lot of shellac colour options. The reason I deducted a star was because it wasn’t clear before the appointment that they charge $10 for shellac removal if done at a different salon. Also, the manicure area setup wasn’t comfortable, the chair was too low and extending my arms out while leaning forward made my neck hurt by the end of the appointment… I voiced this to the technician but she just smiled and didn’t offer any modifications. Overall, it was an okay experience, expected a bit more based on the reviews and price.

BEST. PEDICURE. EVER! I got the 'Luxury Volcanic Pedicure' and it was the epitome of luxury! Fresh oranges in the foot spa and they must have used 7 different scrubs, oils and lotions, finished off with steam and paraffin wax! Tina did a fabulous job, she had great attention to detail. My feet and legs have never looked or felt so good! Would highly recommend! Thank you for the amazing and friendly service!

I’m from the UK and visiting my pal in Canada and was stressed about needing my brows done while away from home. Mani took all that stress away - she was so welcoming and calming and did an incredible job with my brows. I normally get my brows waxed instead of threading because I find it too painful but Mani was sooo gentle I barely even felt it. Happy to say I have found a brow gal I can trust in Toronto! 💛

I’ve been getting full body waxing with her for years now, and I’ve never had irritation or any issues. She always DOUBLE-CHECKS that everything is done properly and makes sure you leave happy with the results. Her studio is beautiful, super clean, and very professional. This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and Mani made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate how she was able to set pain expectations for the procedure and share her knowledge on how to take care of the skin after the procedure. I've been going to Fabiola Gallo to have my eyelashes and eyebrows done on a regular basis. I wouldn't exchange for any other professional here in Toronto because she has high quality products, her lashes lasts longer than most places I've been before, her studio is super confortable and on the top of that, she is an extremely pleasant person ! I was honestly skeptical doing a Brazilian wax outside my home country, so I asked for a black lady to work on me to relive some anxiety😅 But Mani said she was alone and I cautiously proceeded with the appointment. But oh it really went so well, not as painful as my first waxing experience, this being my second time to wax ever. Took a short time and was done. Thankful I did this💪🏽, probably considering dropping the shavers now! Many thanks Mani for the good service and being so friendly and relatable👏 I really recommend this place for y’all!!
