This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first!! I got the lash lift and tint, and the eyebrow and lip wax services both visits. This is the first time anyone has been able to get my left eye lashes to actually lift!!! Very friendly professional service!!! I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing!!! She even gave me a head massage while waiting for my lashes to set!!! Top tier service and results!!!!

Had my first appointment Yassmine for waxing. She is amazing! So great at her job. Makes you feel completely comfortable and is an expert at what she does. Look forward to seeing her again at my next appointment.

Yassmine is an incredible lash stylist! From the beginning she nailed the look I wanted and was able to always maintain quality results. I was always getting my eyebrows threaded and she suggested I let her do mine with waxing and and I was floored and so pleased with how they turned out. Highly recommend!

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

Sierra was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She is absolutely professional and amazing at what she does. I received services for a lash lift and tint as well as a brow wax. In the past, at a different establishment I have had negative experiences with lash lifts with the aesthetician being quite aggressive and the results were not as high quality. I can definitely attest that this was the most relaxing experience possible. I look forward to going back to the Refinery for additional services!

Excellent, Meghan is fantastic, she has really helped me with neck, shoulder and arm pain from working on a computer all day . It has completed transformed me , I have seen her 3 times and my pain is almost completely gone ! Going again next week to continue the progress.
