I had such a wonderful experience with Ash, the Beautician. She did my nails and waxing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She’s professional, gentle, and really pays attention to detail. I think brighter lighting should be added in the waxing rooms to assist the therapist. Dimmable LEDs would be best as it can be dimmed for massage sessions.

For a first-timer I can honestly say it was an amasing experience! Ladies I know it can be a little nerve-wrecking, but I promise you it is só worth it. Do yourself a favour and make a booking. Just do it, you won’t regret it - Gaby is just absolutely wonderful! She is very professional and also very kind. She made the experience so much more comfortable knowing it was my first time. I love that I can throw my razor away now! Knowing what I know now, I feel I should’ve started waxing years ago! Thank you só much Gaby, I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Firstly I would like to commend the ladies for their warm welcome and pleasant atmosphere. The treatment was pain-free and such a wonderful experience. Thorough explanation of the Xanthelasma procedure as well as the Charcoal Lazer procedure with a generous size take-home aftercare pack. The constant checking if I'm comfortable and adjusting accordingly made me feel so cared for. At one point I almost fell asleep, thats how pleasant the experience was.
