I had such a wonderful experience with Ash, the Beautician. She did my nails and waxing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She’s professional, gentle, and really pays attention to detail. My nails look perfect, and the waxing was done so smoothly and with care. Highly recommend her services!

I think brighter lighting should be added in the waxing rooms to assist the therapist. Dimmable LEDs would be best as it can be dimmed for massage sessions.

What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. Bernadette was kind, gentle and thorough and also shaped my brows beautifully. I have found my new therapist and its close to my home. Thank you Bernadette I will definately be back!

Kerry’s integrity is uncompromising, when I first started going to her for my lash extensions, my own lashes were in such a bad state that she refused to add extensions until such time that my lashes recovered. She gave me such good advice and ever since then she earned my trust and respect. Not only is she good with lashes but her specialty is actually skincare, and I have had several skincare treatments. Had lip & chin, Hollywood and underarm wax done. Genevieve was absolutely amazing, making sure that I was happy with the wax temperature and comfortable on the whole.
