I always have a fantastic experience with Lucy! She is incredibly professional, friendly, and always makes me feel completely at ease during my leg and bikini wax. Edwina, was as usual very professional. She is very knowledgeable about all products. She talks you through each step, no rush. Results are amazing. Definitely a lovely way to spend an hour.
