I have been waxing with Anna for so long that can't remember. It's always a pleasure getting my Brazilian waxing done. She takes pride in her work she always no hair is left at the end. The experience is phenomenal and she always has a listening ear. It feels more like a waxing therapy session that I look forward to. See you next month 😘

Customer service was good. The physical appearance is good. Things I will always remember. 1. Chai tea 2. The heated massage bed 3. My massage. I work in the hospitality industry, and that makes me very critical of service. I rated the service as good because I know it can be better; however, I will be back when next I visit Mandeville.

The space is lovely and CLEAN, the waxologist is friendly and welcoming and will make your appointment very comfortable, trust me. Since i waxed here the first time, I’ve never been anywhere else cause to me she’s better than everywhere else I’ve been. Take my word for it😌

My experience was pleasantly satisfying, and my technician was truly a gem. I initially felt hesitant about trying a new place for such an intimate service like waxing. Normally, I prefer to book other treatments first to observe how clients are treated before deciding whether to proceed with waxing. However, for this visit, I skipped that step entirely. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The technicians were respectful, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making the experience even more comfortable. This place has quickly become one of my favorites!
