I absolutely love Amber. I have been going to her for years. I live on the Southside of Chicago and drive 40 minutes just for her. Her studio is decorated beautifully but most of all Amber is just so special. She always greets me with a smile. We share life stories every visit and it helps distract me from the pain of waxing. Waxing is painful but Amber's technique makes it quick and a lot less painful than my other experiences. I simply love my Amber and I think all of her customers feel the same way.

I’ve been coming to Elegance Nail & Spa since it opened many years ago and the service is always great. The salon itself is very clean and the prices are amazing! The staff that did my nails were both great incredibly talented and kind. I now live in Chicago but try to stop into Elegance whenever I am in town!

Christin has been my wax girl for over 10 years! And 5 years ago she did eyebrow micro blading. Shes amazing - detailed, and thorough. I always feel great when I leave! She always makes time for me when I call at the last minute too. Highly recommend!!

MY FIRST WAX EVER AND LET ME TELL Y’ALL …. BOOK WITH HER IMMEDIATELY!!! I was super nervous, but she made me immediately comfortable her aura and her vibes are giving so kind and sweet and I was not uncomfy at all! She explained everything to me so well and was so quick with pulling those strips I didn’t even know it was happening! I will be coming back for probably the rest of my life. Oh and I am major OCD and let me tell y’all it was very clean!!!!

Very relaxing experience, scalp massage was something magical. Had the ear cleaning which was different and much needed. Eye brow wax is on point. Spa is peaceful and quiet, the staff are friendly, gentle and polite. Would return.

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

Incredible! It was my first time having any waxing done and they made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Very knowledgeable staff. The wax itself was fantastic and I felt little pain. Will be going again.

I have tried the following services at The Skin and Brow Spot: chemical peel, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, various waxing, lash lift, lath tint, brow tint, brow microblading, and lash extensions. All services were done with care and attention to detail. Laura and her staff are not only extremely skilled, but they are genuinely kind people, and any service comes with a free therapy session if you’re in the mood to talk! Visiting The Skin and Brow Spot is self-care that I always look forward to, and I’ll continue to be a loyal client until I have no hair to wax or no lashes to tint!

Amanda is the best! I’ve gotten a Brazilian & under arm wax from her twice now. Today I had a full leg wax as well. She makes sure you’re comfortable the whole time & not only walks you through everything, but there’s never awkward silence. Her prices are awesome and she doesn’t charge an arm & a leg. She honestly just wants her clients to be happy. She is definitely the best and I highly recommend her to anybody wondering about getting waxed!

I love going to Fresh Nails. It's a beautiful, relaxing spa atmosphere and friendly staff. I've had manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing there and they do an excellent job. I highly recommend this business!
