Shine On has been the best experience I have come across. The haircuts and eyebrow threading/waxing services have been of the highest quality. Amber is amazing. She's fantastic at her waxing but she's also an amazing human. She asks about you and legitimately cares. I haven't been in about a year and she asked me about something from a year ago. Her ability to make you feel comfortable is undefeated and incomparable to anyone I've ever been to. I will only go to her. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Amber. I have been going to her for years. I live on the Southside of Chicago and drive 40 minutes just for her. Her studio is decorated beautifully but most of all Amber is just so special. She always greets me with a smile. We share life stories every visit and it helps distract me from the pain of waxing. Waxing is painful but Amber's technique makes it quick and a lot less painful than my other experiences. I simply love my Amber and I think all of her customers feel the same way.

My experience was nothing but accommodating and relaxing. Sandra trimmed my hair with a nice straight blow-out and Julianna did my no-chip manicure and pedicure. These ladies were on-time, polite, and welcoming which provided a warm and safe environment after a rough 3 months! The salon was clean and the staff followed the precautions recommended by the State and CDC to ensure the health of their staff and guests due to COVID-19. All of these amazing ladies are extraordinary and this is a great addition to the Wicker Park Division Street neighborhood!

Amanda is the best! I’ve gotten a Brazilian & under arm wax from her twice now. Today I had a full leg wax as well. She makes sure you’re comfortable the whole time & not only walks you through everything, but there’s never awkward silence. Her prices are awesome and she doesn’t charge an arm & a leg. She honestly just wants her clients to be happy. She is definitely the best and I highly recommend her to anybody wondering about getting waxed!
