Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Fantastic lash service at Bee Fab, as always! The owner, Bianca, knows her stuff and does it well. She also goes out of her way to make sure I feel comfortable and relaxed during my appts, which I really appreciate. If you live on the Hamilton mountain, I highly recommend this spa!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal experience as always! Twinkle ensures my comfort and satisfaction, while giving detailed recommendations. She is so thoughtful and follows up after appointments due to my skin type. Claudia makes me feel so incredibly comfortable and does such an amazing job. She goes the extra distance, doing things that are thoughtful and careful that I've never had anyone do when I've gone for waxing. Truly professional with such a warmth about her. I highly recommend her.

I visited Ciel Nail Spa Boutique and had a full self-care experience, including a manicure, pedicure, facial, and waxing all done in one visit. Every service was handled with great attention and professionalism. The staff were friendly, careful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout.I was especially impressed by how smooth and relaxing the whole experience felt, even with multiple services at the same time. Everything was clean, well-organized, and high quality. I highly recommend Ciel Salon to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing experience. I will definitely come back.
