I did the Cryotherapy and Oxygen Chamber. Was amazing… felt rejuvenated after the first Cryotherapy and then deeply relaxed and restored from the Oxygen. I could feel a lot more healing was done on the body beyond what I’m even aware of and looking forward to more sessions!

I finished my session of shockwave therapy with Daniel, and I am extremely pleased with his service, he was very professional and accomadating with the way he was delivering his therapy. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family. And will be back soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my cryotherapy session and my muscles are still tingling from the procedure an hour later as I write this review. Shelby was very informative about the process and her friendly presence was most welcome throughout the experience as I was in the chamber.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. The facility is nice, cosy and very clean. Thank you to all team members! I will definitely come back in the future. And in the meantime I wish you all the best! Renata

Dan was amazing, had a locked lower back and needed urgent attention before going on holiday in a few days. Everything from the consultation to the various treatment I received in the space of 90 mins was nothing short of superb. I found the Groupon voucher for -inside Out Regeneration and it was really worth. Would recommend and use again!

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

Had a great experience at the Cryotherapy Centre today. I tried both the cryotherapy session and the hyperbaric chamber (HBOT), and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Simon explained everything really clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The treatments were professional, relaxing, and really well organised. Highly recommend to anyone considering cryotherapy or HBOT, especially if it’s your first time.

What an amazing experience! Felt the benefits straight away. I’m a Cryotherapist specialising in cold water immersion and have been looking for a place to test out a Cryo Chamber for a while. I felt a massive difference between cold water immersion and the dry ice chamber; it located weak areas of my body ie. my knees activating a healing process that I could actually feel! Was a very informative process. Definitely recommend! I will be back. Thanks.

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.

Explained the process and benefits of hyperbaric oxygen chamber made sure I understood everything. Very helpful and always there if you need help . Highly recommend! 3rd session WILL be rebooking ! 👍🏾
