Reuben did a fantastic job on my unruly curly hair. It looks and feels brilliant now! Thank you. I’m delighted with the cut and finish. I also enjoyed the 90s music taking me back to nights in the Leadmill. The fact the gorgeous doggo Rocket was chilling in the salon also makes for a very relaxed and friendly vibe.

After moving to a new area and desperately searching for a new braider for my children, I came across Braidology by Chay — and I’m so glad I did! Chay is incredibly professional, accommodating, and amazing with the kids. They absolutely love her, and the snacks she provides on arrival are such a thoughtful touch. The hairstyles are always neat, exactly what I ask for, and Chay never hesitates to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend her!

I can’t recommend Chay enough! She has done my hair and all 3 of my children’s hair, and every single time we leave absolutely loving the results. She is so talented, professional, and really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. My daughters and son are always so happy with their hair, and she makes everyone feel so comfortable and welcome. We always get so many compliments afterwards. Thank you for always making us feel and look our best!

Absolutely brilliant 🤩 I had classic eyelashes, brow wax and tint. The difference it made to my eyes but most of all my confidence was so much. Well pleased. Absolutely 10/10, I got boho braids and Chay did an absolutely incredible job. She made the experience comfortable and made sure I was happy throughout the service. If you’re looking to get braids in Sheffield Chay is my first and only recommendation!!!

Chay is the definition of customer service at its best, very welcoming and really pays attention to all details and I was amazed at how well prepared she gets for receiving customers. I really felt at home! And not to talk of how fast she is on delivering results above expectations

Soak off, new builder gel and coloured gel all done in slightly under 1 hour. Much quicker than the acrylic method. Carefully done and natural nails inspected. Great service.
