Kind and welcoming! Told her I were a little nervous as I don’t really like getting my hair cut, however after this appointment she’s made me feel much confident to get it done again! She confidently spoke to me in what she were doing and how. (Which I loved) I’ll definitely be coming back again! Thank you x
