I had an amazing experience with my hairstylist today. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. She gave honest, professional advice about what would work best for my hair and recommended treatments and products tailored to its condition, rather than just doing what I asked. A Malayage miracle was performed by Dorisa today. I had a colour correction balayage and I absolutely love it! 😍 This is the first time I have returned home beaming after a balayage🙏 I have travelled far and wide to different salons and she is the best! Dorisa is an amazing colourist, trust the process and follow her advice. Her attention to detail, patience and skills are second to none. She is in demand and worth the consultation fee, deposits and wait.

I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!
