Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

The haircut was exactly what I asked for, and the colour turned out amazing; very natural and suits me perfectly. My hair feels smoother, healthier, and easier to manage now.. Ryan is professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Leanne was so amazing. I had the best manicure and gel nails. She goes above and beyond to take time to do perfect design. So creative. Thank you. Sapphireblu is by far the best salon in Norwich.

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

I say this all the time when I review! I love coming in here to have my hair done by Mellissa who has transformed my hair from an over bleached mess to the natural and good condition blonde hair I’ve wanted for ages. She is amazing in every way as is Gracie, these two are my friends and I adore them. Rhianna is absolutely lovely as well, welcoming and I feel at total ease when I come in. I suffer from anxiety a lot of the time but these ladies make me feel so relaxed and I thank them. Love them all xx

Very happy with how Frankie did my hair! I normally have Danielle, but as she was away I was fitted in with Frankie. She listened to what I wanted, and made a good job considering neither of us knew what colours Danielle had used! She is also very friendly, and easy to talk to 😊

Came on the 24th February, once again loved coming here. Have been coming here for 18 months now and will never go anywhere else. Mellissa has transformed my overbleached, damaged hair into a much more natural look and it’s brilliant, as is Mellissa. The whole salon vibe is friendly and it’s like being in a group of friends! Loved seeing Gracie too. Thank you so much and see you in May x

As always a super experience and it really does feel like I am with friends. It’s so relaxed and friendly in there and Mellissa is an expert in hair and has transformed my hair from damaged bleached hair to natural, non damaged hair and I look forward to coming again in February to see Mellissa and Gracie xx
