I had such a lovely experience with Caitlin! My layers turned out so nice and I’m really happy with how my hair looks. She was so welcoming, friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She continuously made sure that I was happy with how my hair looked and never rushed anything, which I really appreciated. She even took the time to teach me how to use rollers, which was so helpful! I’m so pleased with my hair and will definitely be returning. I’ll also be recommending Caitlin to everyone! 🥰✨

First time going there today and it was great!!! Staff were friendly, calming and thoughtful. Will definitely be coming here again I loved my Eyebrows and Lip ( got them waxed ). She also asked if she could thread my eyebrows and it was my first time but they didn’t hurt! I didn’t go red after the wax or threading which was a plus!

I had my hair coloured and cut by Macy at The Hair Lounge today and I honestly couldn't be happier! 🥰 From the moment I arrived, Macy made me feel so comfortable and welcome. customer service was amazing, the atmosphere was so friendly and relaxed, and nothing was too much trouble throughout my appointment. The results are absolutely incredible! Macy completely transformed my hair and, more importantly, gave me my confidence back. I walked out feeling like a completely different person, and I can't stop smiling! I honestly can't recommend Macy enough. Thank you so much, Macy x

Amber managed to get my hair the nicest chocolate brown colour. Very happy with it. She also put a clear gloss on and my hair is still lovely and shiney after several shampoos.

I had a great experience with Amber! She did my hair beautifully, and the colour turned out exactly how I wanted. She was so gentle throughout the appointment, and her communication was excellent. Very happy with how Frankie did my hair! I normally have Danielle, but as she was away I was fitted in with Frankie. She listened to what I wanted, and made a good job considering neither of us knew what colours Danielle had used! She is also very friendly, and easy to talk to 😊
