First time at the Salon and Lauren was amazing! She really listened to what I was hoping for and even gave useful advice for aspects I wasn't sure of. I love my hair, it looks very natural and will definitely coming back! Really nice, clean aesthetic salon with small touches that make a difference to the experience.

Georgia was very patient with me as I tried to explain what colour I wanted on my hair. I have dark brown hair, and had already had a balayage a few months earlier, but it was too light for me. So, I went back to Georgia to see if we could darken parts of it back to my natural colour, and still keep some of the flashes of blond. It was a partial balayage. With some advice from Lauren we had a plan on how to tackle it, and I was super chuffed with the result. Very happy with the outcome and love ❤️ how understanding Georgia was with me. Thank you 🙏🏽

I have been using Lauren to cut and colour my hair for over a year. I highly recommend her. I have curly hair so it's always been hard to find a hairdresser that understands my hair. HBL is a lovely friendly professional salon where I know I'll be spoilt during my time there. With free parking right outside its a perfect location.

Georgia restyled my hair a couple of months ago and I couldn't be happier. I went back today for a trim and am happy with the results. Georgia is super friendly and takes an interest in customers, making her a good person to chat to aswell as an excellent hair stylist.

Emma thank you so much for your amazing hair cut today. My first visit to a hairdresser in a few years as I have fine curly hair. She listened and explained everything as she was working on my hair. What a lovely, enthusiastic and knowledgeable hairdresser. I’m so pleased with the results as I was very nervous - to the point I was cutting my hair via online videos and not very wel. Love the salon vibe very chilled and professional. Definitely will be going back ❤️

I’ve had hair extensions in the past from nano to taps and always lead to loss of a lot of my very fine natural hair and this has been done by gold standard salons, then I was recommended Tina and wow thanks to Tina’s expertise and knowledge I’m on my 3rd set of extensions with her and NO thinning of natural hair at all, in fact it’s healthier than it’s been in years. Highly recommended will never go to anyone else again, found my forever hairdresser ❤️
