I honestly couldn’t recommend Lauren enough! From the moment I arrived she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She’s so friendly, professional and takes so much pride in her work. My lashes are absolutely beautiful – exactly what I wanted. They’re full, fluffy, lightweight and applied with so much attention to detail. I've just been to Jasmine's for my second deep tissue massage with her. I have lower back issues and a regular massage can help ease it. Jasmine is fantastic at what she does and my back, and rest of me, always feels so much better afterwards. I like quite strong pressure for a massage and Jasmine listens to what I like and does a fantastic job. Also, the atmosphere she provides is beautifully spa like and luxurious, and it feels like a treat whenever I go there. I highly recommend Jasmine and her treatments and am looking forward to trying a lash tint and lift next!

Her knowledge about her products, services and skin is broad, very professional and informative. She has a lovely touch, her voice is soft and soothing and she lets you relax throughout your treatment. At the same time, she makes sure you know what is happening and what to expect. I had my first consultation with Ceri for laser tattoo removal and she immediately put me at ease with the warmest welcome. Her extensive knowledge and enthusiasm is evident as soon as you meet her and she made what can be a nerve wracking experience an absolute pleasure. I have some scarring on one of the areas to be treated and she was incredibly reassuring, understanding and supportive, took all the embarrassment away!
