Had such a great experience with Anna! From the start she took the time to do a proper consultation, asking exactly what I wanted and what to steer clear of, which I really appreciated. Halfway through the colour, I mentioned I wasn’t quite loving the shade, and she didn’t hesitate to check in and adjust it until it was perfect. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care for the client is rare. Anna is incredibly professional and clearly knows her craft. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

Anna is such a sweetheart. My treatment took 5hours and glad to say i wasn't bored for even a minute. She took her time and did an amazing job with my hair. Also gave suggestions, asked questions and made sure that the result was exactly what I wanted. I was very undecided but she was so patient! Definitely have another treatment booked in, in about 2 weeks. Highly recommend using her services. 💯💯💯

10/10 experience! It’s so refreshing to find a hairdresser who genuinely cares about her work and her clients happiness. Anna provided a personalised, one-on-one experience and gave my hair her full attention. She listened to what I wanted and offered recommendations or changes to ensure the style I wanted would suit me. Even when I wasn’t completely happy with a few sections, she took the time to perfect them despite it being late. She is a very kind and dedicated professional, and someone you can trust to give you results you will love. Highly recommend!

I travelled from the Gold Coast to Campbelltown for a formal event, and Anna Francesca Beauty and Hair was amazing! She’s only 5 minutes from the Rydges Hotel where I was staying, and she did flawless hair and makeup that lasted all night. Highly recommend!

Everytime Anna makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable, it's so wonderful to be able to enjoy some much needed self care time. Anna was so lovely and attentive with me, her service was amazing and I felt so pampered and relaxed throughout. So grateful to have such a nice salon with such an experienced stylist (who’s also so easy to talk to) available locally! Would highly recommend this place.

Indy did my hair and was absolutely fantastic. I wasn’t sure what style I wanted, so I trusted her with both the cut and styling, and she exceeded all of my expectations. She was friendly, kind, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’m so happy with the final result and couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Francesca is so welcoming and warm hearted. So knowledgeable and truthful with hair/hair products and did a great job with my hair, I get so nervous with people cutting my hair but so happy with my fresh cut, she actually listened and don’t chop off more than I wanted & also did a gorgeous up style for an event. Looking forward to coming back!
