The cut was good the stylist was frendly and competent of what i wanted and result a good haircut and blowdry. did find that the young lady who washed my hair did not take too much care water in my ears and the back of my head was ot washed properly maybe a lesson on how to wash hair and give a bit more attention to the client is needed.

Amazing service from Vanessa, as always. She has been my hairdresser for many years now, having previously never found a hairdresser that left me fully happy with my haircut, she was something of a revelation, and after the first cut I never looked back. She's very conscientious, listens to my needs and I end up with my hair looking exactly the way I imagined it. She's also a lovely, bubbly and friendly person, and her salon is gorgeous, and always fresh and clean. And the coffee is delicious! I look forward to many more years of first class service. First time I've visited and Lisa was great, thank you! I used a new dye on my roots which was much darker than the dark blonde it stated, giving me a very dark top of my head and the rest of my hair blonde which wasn't what I wanted. Lisa explained the process and spent hours undoing my mess. I mentioned I found the blonde too yellow, I didn't show her a photo of what I wanted but she managed to get my hair a lovely colour, just from what I described. She went through what I need to do to maintain it and it sounds like it will be easier maintained than before.

Amazing service! First time coming to the Coven and had the best time! Can’t wait to come back x

This was our daughters 1st experience at a salon for a haircut so she was excited but quite nervous of what to expect. Steph was very friendly and welcoming and talked her through everything. Steph regularly checked with our daughter that she was happy with how her hair was and also with myself. Steph has done an amazing job and was very thorough with ensuring the best results. Our daughter and myself are thrilled with her haircut and will 100% be coming again.

Steph did a great job with my 3 year old daughter’s hair. She was quick and efficient, keeping her engaged and was finished before she had the chance to get bored. I wish I could take her there for every hair wash and avoid the usual battles as she loves sitting in the special hair wash chair.😂 We will definitely be returning and my daughter loves going for a proper salon experience.
