I’ve been going to Pheobe regularly for Botox treatments and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel completely comfortable. The results are consistently natural, fresh, and exactly what I want — never overdone. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and has such a gentle approach. I always leave feeling more confident and looked after. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone skilled, honest, and amazing at what they do!

Excellent as per usual. Steph has been doing my hair for nearly twenty years from when she was an apprentice and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with being able to sort my roots and colour and cut. Fully recommend.

Phoebe is fantastic. I would trust her with my life, never-mind just my face ! 😂 So knowledgeable and sweet. She creates a really calm environment and takes her time, which is such a green flag when you are of course having work done to your face & body. I have been to a fair few aesthetics practitioners over the past 5+ years and I can without a doubt say she is the best of the best. Thank you Phoebe !! 🤍

Really fab consultation, super thorough. I addressed all of my problem areas and got some really great, knowledgeable feedback on what did/didn’t need doing. I booked in right away after and looking forward to the treatments.

Emma always does a wonderful job with my hair. She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to what I want. I always feel comfortable with her, and it’s lovely to have a proper chat while she works. Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed, confident, and well looked after. The Coven Lounge has such a welcoming atmosphere, and Emma is a big part of why I keep coming back. Highly recommend.

I had my hair cut and coloured by Amiee and, as always, she did an amazing job. She is so friendly, passionate about what she does, and really takes the time to make sure she gives you a haircut that works for you. My hair can be quite unruly, but Amiee always manages to tame it and leave it looking fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, a truly talented and lovely stylist
