I've had the same Justin Bieber haircut since high school. After about 11 years of not really caring about my hair, I decided to start trying since I got a nice job and am going to be 30 soon. I hate haircuts. I'm always disappointed by them and I always avoid them. After looking around Kingston I went with Jimmy; it was exactly what I needed. He used so much precision that I felt like his sculptural art project, and he spent so much time and attention to my needs that I felt like a real person at his salon, not just another number. As long as I'm in Kingston, I'm never going anywhere else.

Colleen did an amazing job, I love my curtain bangs and layers! She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure she was doing what I wanted. She was also very friendly and inviting! I will definitely be coming back here and making this my go-to Kingston salon :)

Absolutely LOVED my experience here! They are so knowledgeable about hair care and are very nice! I scheduled a wash and blowout and it was an amazing experience! My stylist took his time and was a joy to spend time with while being pampered! I will definitely be back next time I'm in Kingston!

I've been living in Kingston for 6 years now, and this appointment was the best experience ever. Its so difficult to find a salon. The staff are amazingly nice and professional. They really know what they are doing! Keep it on!

Cass worked her magic again, if you’re looking for the perfect hard to achieve blonde, highly recommend Cassandra, I have super thin, fine graying hair and she manages to exceed my expectations every time. Don’t go anywhere else, HER is the best in Kingston and I’ve tried most of them ❤️

On a last-minute whim, I called around a couple of hair salons to see if I could get my haircut. Jimmy himself answered the telephone, and said I was welcome to come right in. Unfortunately, there was an event downtown, and I spent more than a half an hour looking for a parking place, so I called their office back to let them know that it wouldn’t likely work outit would be past their closing hour. However, Jimmy was very accommodating, and told me that he would wait until I was able to find a parking place. Boy, am I glad he did! Hands-down, one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had!

I've been struggling to find a good hairstylist in KINGSTON, have been to almost every place and by accident walked into Jimmy Hair Studio today. Absolutely incredible experience. He is a true pro, and an artist! Learned more about my hair and hairstyling during the cut than I have in 49 years. Jimmy is amazing and the only place my family and I will be heading to from now on. Can't rave enough about this hair studio!

Marie cut my hair today and it looks fabulous. She gave me a mop-top pixie and I love it. Marie is now my new stylist :) Blunt is a cool little spot, with a kinda funky hippie vibe. I liked that, too. Rave reviews from me!
