Anna is wonderful. Super welcoming and friendly. I had booked in for an initial consultation. She really put me at ease and answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. I felt so comfortable that we went ahead with treatment right there and then. Anna explained the procedure clearly to me, the aftercare, results etc. She chatted all throughout and was extremely lovely to chat to! Looking forward to seeing my results and would highly recommend Anna's clinic!

Vikki is just amazing. She is so patient and considerate. She takes everything at your pace. I'm quite nervous with needles and she always makes me feel super comfortable. I've booked in for procedures and after consultation Vikki has provided great professional advice even when it's resulted in her losing out on money, she always puts her clients needs first. This was my first visit to Vikki, however not my first time having treatment. Vikki is welcoming and helps you to feel comfortable instantly, her advise was professional and you can tell she experienced in what she does. I had a lip filler treatment and in the past I have either gone too much ot not enough. After a consultation Vikki injected in a new way I had not had in the past and the results are amazing, I am more than happy to recommend Vikki to any new clients that may be anxious, or to clients that have had treatments in the past. I will defo be back.

I had a consultation with Laima Online. It was a novelty for me.I asked about dry skin or how to balance the skin's moisture. I was really satisfied with this consultation, because during it the beautician diagnosed the type and condition of the skin, we found out the cause of dryness, examined the home care basket, and selected what is suitable for my skin at the moment and what is not. She chose other suitable cosmetics. I have already started using new products and noticed the first signs, the skin becomes fresher, the dryness has decreased. The next online consultation will be in a month

Going 2 Charlene for a few different treatments over a couple of yrs I’d been put off by someone in West Lothian as felt rushed , unexplained, and for things like lips /cheeks etc he didn’t build your shape correctly by not catering for the shape of my face etc and I was not happy with the results. Gave Charlene a go and was such a positive experience , explained the products , after a couple of treatments like lips and Botox recommended skin booster under eye polynucleotide and other treatments that have really made a big subtle difference and u really do get the inner glow, 100% recommend
