Anna is wonderful. Super welcoming and friendly. I had booked in for an initial consultation. She really put me at ease and answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. I felt so comfortable that we went ahead with treatment right there and then. Anna explained the procedure clearly to me, the aftercare, results etc. She chatted all throughout and was extremely lovely to chat to! Looking forward to seeing my results and would highly recommend Anna's clinic!

Vikki is just amazing. She is so patient and considerate. She takes everything at your pace. I'm quite nervous with needles and she always makes me feel super comfortable. I've booked in for procedures and after consultation Vikki has provided great professional advice even when it's resulted in her losing out on money, she always puts her clients needs first. I had a consultation with Laima Online. It was a novelty for me.I asked about dry skin or how to balance the skin's moisture. I was really satisfied with this consultation, because during it the beautician diagnosed the type and condition of the skin, we found out the cause of dryness, examined the home care basket, and selected what is suitable for my skin at the moment and what is not. She chose other suitable cosmetics. I have already started using new products and noticed the first signs, the skin becomes fresher, the dryness has decreased. The next online consultation will be in a month

Going 2 Charlene for a few different treatments over a couple of yrs I’d been put off by someone in West Lothian as felt rushed , unexplained, and for things like lips /cheeks etc he didn’t build your shape correctly by not catering for the shape of my face etc and I was not happy with the results. Gave Charlene a go and was such a positive experience , explained the products , after a couple of treatments like lips and Botox recommended skin booster under eye polynucleotide and other treatments that have really made a big subtle difference and u really do get the inner glow, 100% recommend

My Appointment with Anna was Amazing! I was nervous about getting the Thread Lift to get rid of my Droopy Eye Lids. Wow it was not Painful at all. Slight jabs that’s all . Anna knows what she is doing so Confident and Reassuring. She worked on the top of my head and hairline with the threads! I could not believe the difference right away my droopy eyes had lifted already. But will continue to lift in the days to come.
