From the minute I arrived Verity was warm and welcoming, she spent a good amount of time explaining the procedure and applying numbing cream whilst talking to me, the treatment was far from painful and I felt great afterwards thank you Verity 🥰

I had the Spa Pedicure with Paraffin Wax and a Manicure with Susan, and it was a wonderful experience. Susan was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. The paraffin wax treatment felt incredibly soothing and left my feet feeling soft and refreshed My manicure and pedicure were done with great care, and I left feeling pampered and relaxed. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I would happily recommend Susan to anyone looking for a high-quality treatment. Thank you for such a lovely service!

I had the HydraFacial Deluxe (with LED & Booster) with Merita, and it was a fantastic experience. Merita was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The facial was relaxing, and my skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, and hydrated afterwards. The LED treatment and booster were a great addition, leaving my skin looking brighter and feeling incredibly smooth. I left feeling pampered and very happy with the results. Verity was very knowledgeable and experienced. Explained everything that was being done, spoke about other treatments as well based on what I would like to look better. I am extremely happy with my results they are better than I thought they would be. I will definitely be going back. Very highly recommended.

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Sanna did an amazing job on my nails. They were quite damaged, but she was incredibly patient and took great care throughout the process.
