A great experience. The costumer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in Singapore when I got my hair done and wasn’t satisfied they offered to redo it without me having to pay extra and I was very pleased with the final results. I was visiting Singapore and wanted to get a haircut + highlights, Sankakkei is close to Chintown and a very convenient location, most importantly they open early at 8a and had appointments available. Erica was wonderful, super sweet and very professional, gave me solid recommendation for highlight color and was very friendly and easy to work with. I would’ve spend more in the US but gotten half of the service, and I was super happy with my cut and color!!

Definitely my favourite go to hair salon in Singapore! Peaceful, comfortable & relaxing environment. I always & only do my natural rebonding and hair treatment with them. Hairstylist Cherrie did an amazing job cutting my thick hair too. As usual, I dozed off multiple times (because I was so comfortable) but she is patient and gentle in working through my hair without waking me up.

Great experience! Difficult for me to find a good stylist in Singapore but Roy is awesome. Very patient, professional, friendly, gentle and has high level of skills. Finally found a place to go for my hair.

Rih was knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns about hair loss. There was no pushy sales tactic, and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I appreciated that they use natural, freshly made ingredients. The prices are affordable and transparent. I took advantage of their year-end sales promotion, and it was definitely worth it!. Place is very cozy and relaxing and plus point they have room for Ladies 👍🏼

Yangyang is really good in her craft! My browns is so natural that friends around couldn’t tell it’s “brand new”. Shes meticulous and applied more numbing cream without frustrations (not only once but consistently) when I mentioned that I felt the little pain.

Great experience with nnstudio! Enquired via WhatsApp, and they were quick and helpful in answering all my questions. They recommended hybrid brows based on my current brows and assigned Senior Artist Chloe. Chloe was gentle, patient, and very focused—I felt completely at ease throughout. I love the results—my brows look so natural, exactly what I wanted! Special thanks to Bonnie, Lily, and Master Artist Nana for being so warm and attentive. Met Yang Yang for the first time today for both eyelash extensions and nails, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was really friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. It was my first time at Sankakei, and I’m so happy with the experience. I usually react badly to hair dye—itchy, red, and painful scalp—even with organic products. But this time, no irritation at all! The hair spa was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Erika, my stylist, recommended a natural brown instead of the brighter shade I had in mind, and it turned out beautifully. She also perfectly recreated the haircut I showed her. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but this was worth it. Great service, relaxing vibe, and amazing results—highly recommend!

Lily is incredibly skilled — I didn’t feel any pressure at all during the session, and the entire experience was smooth and comfortable. I love my perfectly natural-looking brows; it saves me so much time since I no longer need to draw them every day. She explained everything clearly, assured me the color will lighten in a week, and I’ll definitely return to nnstudio for touch-ups if I need to— highly recommended!

It’s my first visit and I had a wonderful experience. The salon is well located near Chinatown. It is spacious, clean with a minimalist vibe. My hair stylist is Carmen. She’s warm, friendly and super attentive. She gave me great advice about my hair style and shared great tips on hair care. I reckon this is one of the best hair salons I have ever visited in Singapore. The staff has great attention to detail. I am extremely pleased with my haircut, colour and treatment. I felt so light, fresh and glowing. I highly recommend this hair salon and I will definitely come back again ☺️
