Elaine is such a gem! I'm so glad I found her. After much neglect, my hair cut and colour transformation is complete thanks to the artistry and skill of Elaine who takes great care to listen and assess individual needs. An incredible experience today with Elaine. I had a horror experience with another hairdresser earlier in the week and I asked Elaine to fix the mess. Which she absolutely did- she made me feel amazing and was completely non judgmental about it all. Elaine knew exactly what to do. Elaine talked me through the process, fixed my hair and managed to make it look even better than I could possibly expect. I’ll be absolutely back to Elaine!

I love this salon so much. Not only is Rob an amazing colorist but everyone at the salon is consistently happy and welcoming. What I also love is that your colorist is engaged throughout the entire process unlike other salons I have visited in the area and they really care that you love your hair when you leave.

The steam treatment was a real highlight and the combination of the foot and leg massage, the hand and arm massage, and the neck and shoulder massage released so much tension. The hair wash, facial, and mask made the treatment feel complete and genuinely restorative. The therapists were skilled, attentive, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout.
