Sammy has so much knowledge in her field and her consults are incredibly informative and educational. She has a personable approach and will help guide you on your skin needs rather than using a quick fix solution. Sammy is my go-to gal for anything skin related whether it be chemical peels or injectables. She is ahead of her time in Melbourne, using fabulous Korean skincare techniques and products. I had an amazing experience with my Thermage treatment. Jessica is incredibly skilled and professional, and her technique made the whole process much more comfortable than I expected. She explained everything clearly and paid close attention throughout the session, which made me feel completely at ease. Jessica is also such a gentle and caring person. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and patiently answered all of my questions. Her warm and friendly personality made the experience even better.
