Another fantastic post op lymphatic drainage massage. I traveled abroad for my surgery and although I have weekly check in’s with my surgeon via WhatsApp, Flavia seeing me in person really puts my mind at ease during this recovery. Although Flavia does not offer me medical advise ( she tells me to do what my surgeon has instructed), she talks me through the healing process and what my body can/ can’t do at this stage. All whilst giving me a massage that makes me feel lighter, straighter and more mobile. Happy to be contacted if anybody wants an in person recommendation.

Laura was so knowledgeable in what she was doing. Talking me through what she was doing, what to expect with each stage of my treatment and why she was doing it. She was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I walked away with a better understanding of what my skin needs and will most definitely be booking back in for further treatments. I'd recommend anybody to see Laura!!

What a beautiful experience! The treatment started with a beautiful affirmation card that I got to keep, followed by an explanation of what was to come. The massage was absolutely divine, I swear I left my body at one point. Meral has a wonderful touch & adds so many lovely touches to this service, it’s so much more than just a full body massage. Meral makes you feel so welcome when you enter a serene space ✨ lovely chilled atmosphere. The cupping and facial package is honestly amazing, worth every second, your body gets used to the cups and after a wee while, you zone out and forget the cups are on you - extra bonus the cups are in the shape of a heart ♥️ Definitely booking in again for another experience 🤍✨

This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend booking a session with Meral as she is a beautiful soul with a loving and warm energy. She makes you feel right at home and has an empathetic ear to listen to your issues. I arrived feeling quite stressed, worn out with an aching body and opted for cupping therapy which focused on all my problem areas. I left feeling deeply relaxed and floating in the clouds. I need to apologise to Meral for taking so long to leave a review, I'm not very organised and I will definitely visit her again for some more tlc 🥰🥰🥰

This was my first visit to Sculpt Studio and it was such a lovely experience. The salon was warm, welcoming and beautifully presented. I booked the Sculpt body package, which includes 3 x 1-hour sessions. Kim, the owner, was lovely, reassuring and full of helpful advice. She explained each step of the treatment and made me feel completely at ease. The room was cosy and immaculate. My first session didn’t disappoint, Kim even took before and after photos, and I was genuinely surprised to see a visible improvement already. I’m really looking forward to my next session and a good gab with Kim x

Amazing treatment with Lauren and the ICOONE machine. A have lipadema in both legs and this machine is absolutely fantastic. It’s probly actually been the best thing iv tryed on my legs ! Legs are much lighter feeling .heaviness has completely gone and not so painful anymore . A totally recommend this machine for anyone suffering with lipadema or event wanting to get there body’s into shape it’s simply the best thing out there !
