This place truly delivers results with exceptional service — I almost want to gatekeep it! I’ve been to many clinics, and this has easily been one of the best experiences. Louise is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and has a great eye for detail. You can really tell she cares about achieving the best outcome for her clients.

I didn’t realise how much tension I was carrying in my face and jaw until I had the Face Up treatment. The whole experience felt incredibly thoughtful and personalised from the start. The assessment made it clear that this is not just a standard facial massage, it’s a very targeted treatment that works deeply with the muscles of the face, neck and head. During the session, I could literally feel the tension melting away. My jaw felt looser, my face lighter and my whole body much calmer. The lymphatic work left my face looking noticeably less puffy and more lifted afterwards. Thank you, Yana!
