It was a good experience they are very neat and most of the stuff is very helpful and kind.however there was one thing I did not appreciate and it was being rushed by the hair dresser.the day was fully booked and I understand that but a lot more grace could have been given. All things considered it's a great place I definitely recommend it

Had a very guided experience as always. Plus, I like my hair cut. One suggestion though, could you please add provision of drinks and light food at a fee as it is in Olympia? I does take time to order food deliveries. Also, water to drink should be available all the time. THANKS YOU.

My hair dresser was pulling my hair when removing my braids, she did not detangle before washing, she rubbed hair dye into my scalp with her fingers and I had to tell her to stop that and apply to my hair roots with the brush. She took direction well but seemed inexperienced.

It was good . Barbra did my hair she was quite most of the time. Only spoke to me when she wanted me to move. She didn’t introduce herself to me or ask my name so i didnt feel at home. She was fast finished in less than 2 hours that was great for me

The most amazing salon experience I’ve had in Lusaka. Patricia was extremely gentle with my hair. Will definitely be back as I’m in the process of growing my healthy, relaxed hair.☺️
