I saw page for my consultation and she was very good very informative about what I had asked for she took the time to actually go through it with me and I was very impressed as soon as I got there she offered me a drink and I even got a chocolate club biscuit I'm looking forward to having my hair done .

Chilled vibes at the salon unlike most other loud and intimidating places and Ben instantly put me at ease. Beautiful salon. The team were very welcoming, friendly and very professional. My hair was cut exactly how I wanted it, I have a huge fear of visiting salons due to an awful experience years ago, not at Lilly & Grace, what I wanted was discussed with me in depth before the process began. At no point was I pressured to buy products I didn’t need or want. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

Honestly such a lovely experience, my first time getting hair extensions and I wouldn’t go anywhere else again. Highly recommend ❤️

The lady i spoke with on the phone was really polite and helpful whilst helping me look for a time slot and whether lady who cut my hair was lovely making sure i was comfortable and happy with all changes being made to my hair :) highly recommend!!
