My daughter just had her hair styled by Nisa at the salon, and the experience was wonderful. Nisa was amazing, so knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. She made the entire curl experience really enjoyable for my daughter and took great care to explain what she was doing. We’re so happy to have found a salon in Derby that truly knows how to style all hair types, making them a cut above the rest. We’re extremely pleased and will definitely be back/ highly recommending them to friends.

The stylist did an amazing job with my fresh cut and colour—it turned out exactly how I wanted, and the curls at the ends were flawless. Sophie is a lovely lady consulted me which colour would be better and also gave me a good curtain bang! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that some of the colour wasn’t fully removed from the back, so I had to wash my hair again once I got home.

Thank you, Lydia! I booked a last-minute haircut and treatment through Fresha and was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lydia gave me a great consultation, really listened to what I wanted, and was brilliant throughout the whole appointment. She was friendly, attentive, and took great care to make sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. The head massage was unreal — I almost fell asleep! I'm really happy with the results and the overall experience. Having recently moved to the area, it's so nice to have found someone I trust with my hair. I hope Lydia will be my stylist going for

A lovely friendly hair salon in the heart of Derby. Both Lauren, Tillie and the team are so welcoming and friendly. They give you such brilliant advice for your hair and have so much experience in the industry especially on colouring hair. I look forward to my visit as I always come away feeling fabulous with my new hair!

Extremely professional and did just as I wished. We did a consultation first to talk about how I wanted with my hair. We did a wash with an amazing head massage then we look 6 inches off my hair for a big change. She straightened it and made sure it was all correct in length. Laura talked me through all the steps and made me feel very comfortable. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and will recommend her to anyone who's wanting cuts or treatments. She also cut my daughter's hair and was brilliant with little ones and had so much patience.

I honestly can't thank Lianne enough for my colour correction! From the consultation to the final result, she was amazing. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely at ease, and worked absolute magic on my hair!

Visit Erika’s beauty today and had my lashes done by Luca ! She was absolutely star from start to finish ! I could not recommended salon enough ! I have moved away from Derby year ago and still did not find salon who delivers such a great customer experience! So an hour drive is nothing when you know what to expect ! Thank you ladies ! I saw page for my consultation and she was very good very informative about what I had asked for she took the time to actually go through it with me and I was very impressed as soon as I got there she offered me a drink and I even got a chocolate club biscuit I'm looking forward to having my hair done .
