Excellent service from start to finish! I was invited in as a model and I was taken care of. The consultation was thorough and detailed. They focus on my needs and how I can maintain not only the look but the health of my hair. Watching Serena teach her team was also inspiring and I loved seeing the confidence come through with the team that were being trained. It was an extremely personalised experience with so much love and care from the team. I love MY curls and shape!
