Excellent service from start to finish! I was invited in as a model and I was taken care of. The consultation was thorough and detailed. They focus on my needs and how I can maintain not only the look but the health of my hair. Watching Serena teach her team was also inspiring and I loved seeing the confidence come through with the team that were being trained. It was an extremely personalised experience with so much love and care from the team. I love MY curls and shape! Justyna is just a fairy every woman needs! Magical hands are transforming the whole hair by only trimming, not to say changing the style! Beautiful woman inside and out, professional, lovely and pays attention to every detail and needs. Me and my daughter who is nearly six are very happy with our hair.
