Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Jake is an absolutely fantastic stylist! He always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want, offers great advice, and consistently delivers amazing results. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly approach make every appointment a great experience. It's clear he genuinely cares about his clients and takes real pride in his work. I couldn't recommend him more highly, he genuinely deserves a pay rise for the outstanding service he provides!
