Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

Sue did an excellent job on my eyelashes. I had a hybrid individual lash combo with fans. They look really natural and I have had lots of positive feedback. I am writing this feedback a week later after they were put on and the lashes look as good as the day they were put in. So also value for money.

I spent a lovely couple of hours with Emma being pampered. The tropical deluxe facial is just amazing. She’s such a warm and welcoming lady with an aim to relax you - it works! She’s done a fab job tinting my brows and lashes and giving them a lift!

I recently had my eyebrows done at Resiân, and I’m really pleased with the results! The service was professional, the environment was clean and welcoming, and eyebrow technician took the time to listen to what I wanted. The shaping, tinting and threading was done with great attention to detail. I appreciated how gentle and precise they were, and the final result really suited my face. I was so relaxed and treated so great. Had my lashes done and they look amazing! Also had my hair done too and it looks incredible. I’ve not been to a salon in over a decade and I was made to feel so at ease. Wonderful place! Can’t wait to come back!
