Sascha was an incredibly perceptive and kind therapist. I’m only visiting London for a short while but may even try to book a follow up before I go! Second time here in Hayato, but an Art Director named Taiki cut my hair today. From the welcoming to shampooing and the complimentary shoulder and back massage and the haircut that I requested - AMAZING!!! Very personalized service! I can’t go to any other Salons anymore because I didn’t want to be disappointed. Hayato London always brings out the best in you! Highly recommended!!!

Catherine has magic healing hands and explained well the treatment suitable for my stiff neck and shoulders. I feel so much lighter after the 2 hour session with her. I had a bit of everything, accupuncture, cupping, scraping, tui na massage and foot massage. What a treat but not for beginners, iykyk. Will come again when I am in London next.

I have been to a few hair salons all over London in search of one that does south asian hair well and for a reasonable price and Beauty Suite might be the one! Sheetal was lovely and carefully listened to what I wanted before starting the haircut, which made me feel at ease. I'm really happy with the final result! Will definitely be coming back :)
