What a sublime experience - Cleo is a skin maestro and a beautiful human to boot. She has transformed my inflamed, perimenopausal, acne prone skin. Her techniques and tools are first class. The other day I was told I have “glass skin” - which I attribute to Cleo. Says it all!

I’ve been going to Cuttlefish in Lewes for quite a few years now and never have to rush home disappointed - always leave feeling relaxed and contented with better curly hair, styled in a relaxed way…The staff are invariably kind and considerate (ie well-trained), the drinks great, the visuals interesting (in a good way) and the head massages super. It’s a treat all round. My stylist loves her job and says she feels like a sculptor every day. Hairdressing is underrated as an art. Carry on Cuttlefish 🙏🙏🙏

Amazing facial! Perfect mix between calming and medical: so relaxing with massage and lymphatic drainage but also felt like it was doing a really good cleanse.

I was invited to try the Nourish HeadSpa at ILO HeadSpa in Lewes and it was amazing. Hannah is so calm and skilled, using just the right pressure with tools like a jade comb and scalp exfoliant. The treatment included a deep cleanse, serums, conditioning mask, and finished with a soft blow-dry. The spa is beautiful and serene. I left feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious, calming experience!

I had the MOST fantastic curly hair appointment today with the absolute gem that is Siobhan Duggan at Cuttlefish Eco Salon in Lewes. From one curly girl to another, Siobhan gets it — the wild days, the good curl days, and the “my hair has a mind of its own” days. The advice, tips, and real-life curl wisdom were amazing. I felt seen, understood, and empowered to actually love and work with my natural curls. My curls are now bouncing, behaving and living their absolute best life. Thank you so much Siobhan — I will 1000% be back

Always a treat to get a haircut at Cuttlefish Lewes. The Staff are so friendly and have great hairdressers. I feel so much better about myself when I leave.
