I’m so grateful I found Hannah & had an incredible massage & reflexology treatment with her. She seemed to know intuitively what I needed & I found her very understanding & empathetic. I was invited to try the Nourish HeadSpa at ILO HeadSpa in Lewes and it was amazing. Hannah is so calm and skilled, using just the right pressure with tools like a jade comb and scalp exfoliant. The treatment included a deep cleanse, serums, conditioning mask, and finished with a soft blow-dry. The spa is beautiful and serene. I left feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious, calming experience!

I had the most relaxing experience this week at ILO Head Spa with the lovely and talented Hannah! I had the Restore treatment—an hour and a half of PURE bliss. Hannah used a variety of techniques and tools, including a deep cleanse, combing, massage, oils, and the incredibly relaxing sensation of warm water running over your head, leaving me completely zen and grounded. The space and music was calming and comfortable, and even days later, my hair and scalp feels amazing. Highly recommend, especially if you love simply having your hair brushed, head massages, and hair washed—this is next-level!

My friend nominated/won me a gift card through a giveaway for a 70 minute nourishing head spa and I managed to go today. It was a lovely experience start to finish. Very relaxing, professional and all round amazing experience! The products used smelt devine, my hair was left so so soft and I left feeling very relaxed. Extra added bonus Hannah had air conditioning in the salon in this extreme heat! Thank you again Hannah. I will be recommending Hannah to all my friends and family.

It was an amazing experience. So relaxing and my scalp and hair feel so good even 3 days later and two washes. The massage itself is soothing and I nodded off a couple times. Highly recommend a visit, really great as a birthday treat or gift. Will deffo return. Thanks Hannah!

This is my 4th visit at Ilo Head Spa and today I got to experience the new facial massage together with a dry head spa and it has just become my new favourite. Hannah is a natural and I have left feeling relaxed, restored and grounded. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing and calming from the offset. The team were welcoming and made you feel at ease. It was my first experience of a full body massage and Nicky made sure that i was comfortable and was very accommodating. The spa itself was lovely and clean, and although small, it gave an intimate and cosy feeling which was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :)

I was nervous about trying a new spa and this was my first couples massage with my husband. I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I would be able to fully relax. However the ladies were both incredible and from entering the door to leaving it was a completely relaxing experience. I felt relaxed instantly and very quickly felt myself dozing off. The spa has a relaxing and calming environment throughout. Definitely will be returning.
