Enjoyed a lovely full body massage, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Alex is friendly, professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The environment was calm, clean, and welcoming. I would highly recommend Relax and Recover to anyone looking to unwind and relieve tension and stress.

Perfect. Sophie has a great understanding of muscles and managing an injury. She was very understanding and provided a much needed massage and relief for my leg. I would highly recommend Sophie. The location is very handy to Bangor / Newtownards. She is very friendly, professional and is a real people person 10/10

Absolutely perfect. I haven't had bikini wax or leg waxing since before Covid and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. In fact I'd go so far as to say I barely felt a thing. Thank you so much and I'll see you in May.

Tara is an absolute professional. I have tried a few places around Bangor for a few years until I found Tara. Tara is amazing, not only is she so professional she is also patient and explains the treatment to me. She makes sure that I am comfortable and relaxed at all times through my treatment.

Great pt, lots of different tests tonight to work with my hand eye coordination as well as flexibility. Chris has a great way about him , can really break down things and help you to understand as well as makes it possible to do... juggling for example lol. Cannot rate Chris high enough, he's a fantastic coach and pt 5* 👏

Very relaxing

Love going to Sarah for my treatments. The treatment room is warm, beds heated and Sarah talks you through anything you’re not sure of. The nicest girl who provides amazing treatments. Started with just some waxing and now I enjoy facials too! 5 star ❤️

Chris has been a complete star in driving my rehabilitation after surgery and getting my mobility up to speed. He is a consistent positive energy in supporting me throughout the process which has been challenging but he has always been with me pushing forward and I am very grateful for his work.

Rihanna made me feel at ease and she done a fab job. I'll definitely be back! Xx
